ハウスルール

いらっしゃいませ！一棟貸しの宿OKAYADO（以下「当施設」という）では、お客さまに安全且つ快適にお過ごしいただくため、宿泊約款第10 条に基づき、以下のとおりハウスルールを定めております。

本ルールをお守りいただけない時は、宿泊又は施設のご利用をお断り申し上げます。また、本ルールを守られないことによって生じた事故については、当施設は責任を負いかねますので、特にご留意くださるようお願い申し上げます。

施設ご利用について

1. 施設内は土足厳禁です
   No shoes are allowed inside the facility.
2. 施設内は全面禁煙です。施設内での喫煙が判明した場合は、違約金として20,000円をいただきます。

3. 宿泊は登録された人数でご利用ください。予約したお客さま以外の者の宿泊、異なる人数での利用・滞在は禁止させていただきます。

4. 施設内では調理器具以外の火器じゃ使用しないでください。施設内での調理は配備している調理器具をご利用願います。また、使用した食器については各自にて洗っていただきますようお願いします。

5. 和室の障子を破かないでください。破れた場合は修繕費用をご請求する場合があります。

6. 許可なく客室を営業行為（展示会・事務所・その他）等ご宿泊以外の目的でご利用しないでください。

7. パーティ等で騒ぎ立てることは固く禁止させていただきます。特に21時から7時までは近隣に配慮頂きお静かにお過ごしください。

17. 長期の宿泊利用により、居住に関する法律上の権利が発生するものではないことをご了承ください。

18. 外出時は、エアコン、テレビ、照明などの家電製品の電源はお切りください。また、扉や窓の鍵はおかけのうえお出かけください。

19. 未成年者のみのご宿泊は、保護者の許可がない限りお断りいたします。

玄関キーについて

1. 滞在中当施設からおでかけの際は、必ず施錠をお願いします。

お支払い等について

1. 宿泊料金等は、通貨又は当施設が認めた宿泊券、クレジットカード等これに代わり得る方法により、予約時又は当施設が請求した時にお支払いください。

反社会的勢力等、公序良俗に反するおそれのある場合について

当施設のご利用者が次の各号に該当すると認められるときは、直ちにご利用をお断りし、当施設から退去していただきます。なお、ご予約後又はご利用中にその事実が判明した場合には、その時点でご利用をお断りいたします。

7. 上記各号に類する行為がある場合

持ち込み禁止物について

1. 認められたペット及び身体障害者補助犬以外の動物、鳥、その他のペット類

禁止行為について

当施設の許可なく広告、宣伝物の配布、物品の販売、勧誘等

ハウスルールの変更等

1. 当施設は、当施設の裁量により、本ルールを変更することがあります。

2. 当施設が本ルールを変更する場合、ルールを変更する旨及び変更後のルールの内容ならびにその効力発生日について、効力発生日の１ヶ月前までに、当施設ホームページに掲載します。

宿泊約款

（適用範囲）
第1条　一棟貸しの宿　OKAYADO（以下「当施設」という。）がお客さまとの間で締結する宿泊契約及びこれに関連する契約は、この約款の定めるところによるものとし、この約款に定めのない事項については、法令又は一般に確立された慣習によるものとします。

2．当施設が、法令及び慣習に反しない範囲で特約に応じたときは、前項の規定にかかわらず、その特約が優先するものとします。

（宿泊契約の申込み）
第2条　当施設に宿泊契約の申込みをしようとする者は、次の事項を当施設に申し出ていただきます。

2．お客さまが、宿泊中に前項第2号の宿泊日を超えて宿泊の継続を申し入れた場合、当施設は、その申し出がなされた時点で新たな宿泊契約の申込みがあったものとして対応いたします。

（宿泊契約の成立等）
第3条　宿泊契約は、当施設が第2条の申込みを承諾したときに成立するものとします。ただし、当施設が承諾をしなかったことを証明したときは、この限りではありません。

（宿泊契約締結の拒否）
第5条　当施設は、次に掲げる場合において、宿泊契約の締結に応じないことがあります。

(8)天災、施設の故障、その他やむを得ない事由により宿泊させることができないとき。

（お客さまの契約解除権）
第6条　お客さまは、当施設に申し出て、宿泊契約を解除することができます。

2．当施設は、お客さまがその責めに帰すべき事由により宿泊契約の全部又は一部を解除した場合（第3条第2項の規定により当施設が申込金の支払期日を指定してその支払いを求めた場合であって、その支払いより前にお客さまが宿泊契約を解除したときを除きます。）は、別表第2に掲げるところにより、違約金を申し受けます。ただし、当施設が第4条第1項の特約に応じた場合にあっては、その特約に応じるに当たって、お客さまが宿泊契約を解除したときの違約金支払義務について、当施設がお客さまに告知したときに限ります。

2．当施設は、お客さまが合理的な理由なく次に掲げる事項に応じない場合においては、宿泊契約を解除することがあります。

3．当施設が前項の規定に基づいて宿泊契約を解除したときは、お客さまは宿泊前であっても、第６条２項に基づき違約金を申し受けます。なお、すでに支払い済みの宿泊料金等がある場合、当施設はお客さまに対し返金の義務を負わないものとします。

第８条　お客さまは、宿泊日当日、施設内の受付端末において、次の事項を登録していただきます。

（料金の支払い）
第12条　お客さまが支払うべき宿泊料金等の内訳は、別表第1に掲げるところによります。

（当施設の責任及び免責）

第14条　当施設は、お客さまに契約した客室を提供できないときは、お客さまの了解を得て、できる限り同一の条件による他の宿泊施設を斡旋するものとします。

2．当施設は、前項の規定にかかわらず他の宿泊施設の斡旋ができないときは、違約金相当額の補償料をお客さまに支払い、その補償料は、損害賠償額に充当します。本項の「違約金相当額の補償料」は別表第2の「契約解除の通知を受けた日」を「補償料支払いの通知をした日」と読み替えることにより算出するものとします。

（約款の変更）
第20条　当施設は、当施設の裁量により、本約款を変更することがあります。

（合意管轄）
